Few months ago I joined Discovery medical scheme and all went well until my membership was cancelled. I requested to go consult with an eye specialist as I had pink eye and to my understanding I had no idea I was suppose to mention that I had pink eye before on my application form as it wasnt permanent. I callef the company they advised I can appeal and mention that I had no idea about thisi did as I needed my membership back but as from April I still hvnt heard anything from them even if I call nobody assist they just send me to forensics dpt but no help. Now I would like to join another medical scheme as I need medical aid but im worried that can stop me from getting one. Im really not impressed as I habe waited for long for feedback regarding this.
