INCOMPETENT

I visited Carlton Hair Hyde Park on Friday 15 Nov 10am to take advantage of their special for a Brazilian Blow dry treatment and had the most incompetent trainee (with clearly no training whatsoever) take my appointment. The hairdresser I was booked with was basically triple booked it felt like and this trainee was completely hopeless to the point that I nearly took over from her! She kept calling me cheeky, was sooo slow, couldn't shampoo properly, couldn't use a straightening iron, didn't know the steps in the treatment, and worst of all was so sullen and sulky and had the worst attitude ever! I left after almost three hours with wet hair and really irritated. It wasn't a good experience at all and I had the potential to become a repeat customer which I now won't consider!
