No Customer Service Standards At All!!

I went to have my hair colored and cut for their so called "special" on a Wednesday and they get a trainee to start to iron my hair out only to then find out the next day that she burned my hair. Also, even more pathetic, they act like they are professionals and they spend less than 10 minutes on the cut. and we are expected to pay for that.
I went there the next day to find out if the hairdresser that did my hair was their to look at the the damage and she wasn't so they merely pushed me onto to an available hairdresser to sort out the problem. he found that my hair was damaged and not straight at the back and not even layered,
More surprisingly, the manager who saw me again didn't even bother to ask what had happened and the lady who did my hair originally didn't even phone the next day to find out what happened and assist me.
These salons are a rip off. they charge a fat fee for a basic cuts and really think we are that stupid!!! As for their so called treatments included in their special offers?? NO SUCH THING. its just a conditioner!!!
