Doesn't keep appointments for clients

I made an appointment for 3.45pm, I arrived on time. Another person arrived at the same time as me. This person was served first. I asked if there was a double booking. Was not given an answer. It turned out that the booking register was not consulted before this other person was served, so they served him first. I walked out at 4.30pm after 45 min of my time being wasted without being served. This is shocking service and totally unacceptable. Don't bother calling 011 425 5122 to make an appointment at Hair by LA, it means nothing.

I have been a loyal client for nearly 20 years, but this sours the relationship.
I am attending a wedding on Saturday and our year end Christmas party on Friday and would liked to have had my hair cut before these events, now I'll have to find another service provider.
