One of Dycer's drivers stopped at a robort on the Kraft rd turn off and we stopped behind him, as the robort turned green Dycers driver put the company car he was driving in reverse instead of 1st and smashed right into us! We took the drivers details and he promised to pay for damages on our vehicle and send we must get quotes and give him a call! we got quotes from panelbeaters and the cheapest quote was R5000. We gave the driver a call and we emailed the quote to him! After numerouse tellephone calls he eventually told us that he was fired at work and we must claim from Dycer. We gave Dycer a call and the lady in accounts sent me a claim form from theyre insurance company and i filled it in and sent it back! After 3 Months i emailed the lady in accounts and asked if she heard anything and she just replied saying here is our insurances number i must phone them myself! For me it is not my responsibility to sort this out with theyre insurance company! I have had nothing but attitude and bad service from that company! I did not ask them to damage my car and hire incompetent drivers!!
