Register on call is a! Beware

I paid full amount and provided all required documents to them on 16 July 2013, for company registration that was going to take 3 - 5 days. Until today nothing has been forthcoming, instead they are ignoring my phonecalls and not responding to emails. They are very unreliable, unethical and are scamming people their hard earned money, with no intentions of delivering on their advertised turn around time. Please help, Peter, I am really frustrated with this excuse of a company. I want my refund.
