On 24/4/13 my daughter was involved in an accident with the driver from Nissan Boksburg. He turned in front of oncoming traffic at a green robot. Sanesh phoned her and asked her to get a quote on the repairs and sent it to him and " Not to worry they will take care of everything" countless phone calls, innumerable excuses, we were yesterday told to ' PHONE YOUR OWN INSURANCE AND SORT IT OUT YOURSELF". As it is 3 WEEKS later that has left her with the costs for storage, and towing costs as well as the excess on her insurance, and the hire of a car - for an accident THAT WAS NOT HER FAULT!!

I find the attitude from Nissan absolutely appalling, Najeeb/Sanesh and Mariette are always ducking and diving - meetings/courses/leave... etc and now this is their response???
The driver (Mishak) was also delivering a new vehicle at the time - which Nissan have also shrugged off the responsibility of the other party's claim (details available if required) I find this kind of attitude from a service provider to be totally unacceptable. Surely if a company driver is at fault, the company should take responsibility to the parties involved.
