To Big For His Boots

My company uses Scavenger / Backpacker to manufacture our Game Ranger backpacks. We dispatched raw materials to them on the 08/08/2013. After /- 6 weeks of no delivery, I followed up with Ralph to enquire as to whether the backpacks had been completed? His excuse was that he had indeed received the raw materials but he "didn't know where they had come from? No attempt was made to find out although my company label was on the package. Given him the benefit of the doubt and considering that my order was for only 2 backpacks, I asked when the delivery of these 2 bags could be made. He advised me that I would get delivery in the first week of November. Today being the 7th November 2013, I enquired as to whether I would be receiving the backpacks soon? The reply was "no, when do you need them". Considering that these 2 backpacks were holding up a bigger order to the value of R200k, I decided to phone Ralph Brucher. In short, Ralph's response was very blunt and told me to come and collect my raw materials as he was too busy? Good luck Ralph if this is the way you treat your customers and you can be sure that I will never consider the BACKPACKER product for purchase.
