We work for Mr. A Van Der Walt, he is holder and payer for the account. Two weeks ago we cancelled two memberships, and we replaced them with two other people. Namely Prudence Lesela and Busisiwe Dingiswayo.

Now we dealt with Tumi for the whole changing of names of the two contracts, and she was supposed to give us the complimentary Virgin Active backpacks, because this process was done within the special promotion month. But up until today we never got the backpacks.
After numerous telephone calls enquiring about the backpacks, we have been sent from pillar to post by both Tumi and Melitha Gabaocoe. The frustrating part is that before Tumi got the activation fee of R300, she always had the backpacks with her. As soon as she got the money, she started ducking and diving and not showing up with the backpacks, and even told us that she would pack them in the boot of her car.

What we need to know is, is this how Virgin Active treats all their paying customers?

I would really appreciate it if someone responded to this as soon as possible.
