INCORRECT PRICE QUOTED FOR DELIVERY

I phoned Builders on 08-11-2013 & spoke to Ralph (i think @ Dispatch). He gave me a price of R 375 to deliver my tiles to my complex. Go there and get quoted another price of R 400. Really i mean... When i ask for Ralph, the guys says Builders is toooo big & he cant go look for a Ralph. So i pay the R 400, and tell them please go with a 3 ton truck as bigger than that is not allowed. They rock up with a bigger truck... now I am paying the R 400 and the tiles are lying in the hall of the complex. What the did i pay the R 400 for??? Need a response asap as the tiles are lying in the hall and i dont live there.
