PRESCRIBED DEBT RECOVERY ATTEMPT AGAINST LAW

I discovered that Sanceda collection have reported an account they claim is on my name to credit bereau. They say the account is for 2006. I do not know of it and it would have prescribed anyway. I want this report removed asap or else I take legal actions!!!
