I bought a Corsa Utility for my business. After careful planning I booked my vehicle for a service on 21 May 2013 as I cannot afford to be without a vehicle for my business for a day. I delivered my vehicle at 07:15 at the dealership. At 16:00 I contacted the service department and requested what time my vehicle will be ready. They informed me that they will call me back with an answer. At 17:20 I received a call asking if I have been quoted for the service, which I haven't. They quoted R3600.00 for a 30 000km service and then informed me that they haven't even started with my vehicle. 10 hours for a quotation? I have a business to run, and can't afford one day without my vehicle. I asked for a loan vehicle to be able to work the following day after they didn't "touch" my vehicle in 10 hours. They weren't able to assist. I collected my vehicle without a service. I am wondering if I made the right choice by purchasing a Corsa Utility. Middlemen... Maybe I should have listened. UNACCEPTABLE!
