NOT HAPPY ABOUT SERVICE

I have business insurance with standard bank and when i claimed for the first time i was told it is not business insurance.when i gave the policy number they could not find me because they thought it was personal insurance but when i told them business so they could pick up my details. so why say its not business insurance. i am not happy with the service i have been getting. they say its business insurance but only the vehicle covered and not goods. why would i take out business insurance for only the vehicle??? They also said that my wife would use the car for work so it would be parked at work. once again why take out business insurance for a car to just stand in a parking lot and not be utilised for business.

When i told the consultant MPO i would take the matter to HELLOPETER i was told no problem. I can do what i want.
