Zensation Mobile & Day Spa
The most horrible spa day ever!

Bought vouchers for a 2h30min pamper session with my friends in the comfort of my own home. Been looking forward to it for 2 months... First the Spa almost send male therapists. Then they arrive 2hrs late without any notification or apology. The only contact I have doesn't answer her phone the whole day. She eventually sends me the driver's number and after I spent 30min of my own airtime directing them to my house (they didn't have a proper map or GPS) they arrive. The treatments wasn't that great. Don't think their therapists is even properly qualified, you can't give a massage with long nails and you don't burn your clients with hot stone therapy! When they pack up to leave they ask for transport money which we refuse after the unprofessional service plus it wasn't specified when I booked and gave my address 2 months in advance. Then all of a sudden the lady who didn't answer her phone the whole morning can phone me and starts screaming and threatening me because "she knows where I live". Well why didn't they know that morning when they were supposed to be at my house at 9am!? Seriously! How can people get away with service like that? They were extremely rude and unprofessional!
