Pathetic service

I arrive 15m early for supposed appt. Only to find they don't have my booking. Then the consultants try re-shuffle things as if they are doing me a favour. When they finally arrange for someone to attend to me but give her the wrong instructions and the final product is not at all what I asked for but when I have to pay I had to pay the full price. That was definitey my first and last visit to that unprofessional place.
