Unhelpful service and no reply

I contacted Sorbet Mandela Square today to make a booking for a treatment. After the 3rd try someone eventually answered the phone. Unfortunately I did not get the lady's name who answered the phone, but must say she was extremely unwilling to assist. She merely told me that she does not have a booking available. I then enquired on whether she has a booking for tomorrow to which I received a mere "NO". I then enquired whether she has an opening on Tuesday, to which she says that she will call me back in 5minutes as she "needs to find out". Needless to say I am still awaiting the call...
