R199 for nothing

I are being debited with R199 the past 4 years and have received NOTHING for it! Absolutely NOTHING.I remember someone did phoned me 4 years back but I thought this was a once off thing and the person promised me that I would receive something in the post that would explain all the benefits of this I really don't know anything off till this date...!!?? So please I want my money back and I want the debit order cancelled as of today. And if I don't get joy from you I will take this matter further! Unacceptable! The last debit order that went off was on the 30th of September 2013 - CLUB 3M-927002-1.
