I tried placing an online order on Friday and Saturday, but couldn't get past a certain point in the ordering process. When I finally tried again, the campaign had ended and I couldn't place the order. I emailed Avon on Saturday evening to try and still get my order through, do date I have had no response. This is certainly not the first time I have battled with the complete lack of communication from Avon's side. Not even my so-called 'sales leader' shows any interest in delivering a service. I think it is shocking, to say the least. You are dependent on emails, because there is no telephone number anywhere to be found.
