I am a rep for Avon. I only recently began (November 2012) however I have soon discovered that Avon has a lack of communication. I always receive responses however the reply never seems to tie in with the issue that needs to be addressed. I have emailed Avon, possibly 5 times already, requesting a list of my backorders to be sent with my next order (which I plan to place on Friday - 1 March 2013). I have sent the list to Avon about 3 times with what should be on the list but I keep getting replies saying thes insufficient infromation however I have stated exactly what I request. The reason I would like this list is to check I have all my orders placed so that customers don't wait another campaign and to make sure I have not ordered double. Avon needs to implement a system online where backorders can be uploaded so the rep can see what is on backorder for his or her next order. I have also requested a returns form as I have a few items that customers requested to return however, Avon has not sent this form to me. Please could you send the return form to me and a list of my backorders asap!! (100456304)
