i have been applying on Avon's website to become a sales leader for Avon for some time now and i don't get any response or feedback from Avon. people are coming from other areas to be out area manager while some of us can do this... i have been a top seller in my region and i don't understand why am i not getting any response from Avon. i love Avon and feel that it is time i move to the next level
