The company dispatched technician to install Dstv at my house I had just moved into. They claimed all existing cables were damaged n had to be rewired. They charged me R1400 for the installation but didn't mention technician knocked his nail for cables into existing central power cables running alongside wall outside. This short circuited all power and when my landlady called out electrical company who traced problem to Dstv installation, I was forced to pay R3000 for the elec repairs. Dstv supreme signal have a professional website and send out professional -looking emails but refused to take my calls after I laid my comlaint. I asked for technician to come out so I could show damage that was done but they have refused to acknowledge their errors or my claim.
