Emmu Trading UNAUTHORISED MTN billing

As from August 2013 I realised that a minimun of R5 was being deducted from my airtime on a daily basis. As I had no idea what this was for I went to MTN and they did a query on my account and found that I was subscribed to Emmu Trading.

Emmu trading has been deducting airtime from my account, but I do no know where they got the authorisation to do so. I have never given any written or vocal concent of this. I believe this is against the WASP policy to do so.

This is illegal to deduct airtime from a person without their concent. I did not receive any services from Emmu trading as I also never wished to receive any.

I hope Emmu Traders would be informed of this situation as I am not the first person with this problem.
