I had WF Digital come install DSTV for me. What a mistake. Charged me R450 for a bracket where you can get it for R249. They did not clean up where they worked, pulled the wires through the rooftiles and not through the hole I wanted. The office informed me that the cables will be truncked but they started nailing it to the wall and they nailed my old TV arial cable with the DSTV cables so now I have to redo that myself.
Spoke to Carmen to try to resolve it, according to her, they can charge what they want and that the lady that told me the truncking would be included did not have the technical knowledge to say so.
Thanks for making my joining DSTV a not so nice experience.
