Customer Credit Refunds takes a month to process

Value Logistics has yet to refund me after i hired a 1.5 ton to deliver furniture for me on 21 September 2013, it too me a second to transfer funds from my account to their Nedbank account to pay a deposit but they telling me that they don't deal in hard cash, they use cheques.they to my dad and told him that they would be depositing the funds into my account which would reflect int 2 days and when i followed up 5 days later because there was no money in my account, i discovered that when they are ready to refund me, they will deposit a cheque which will clear whenever. In 2013 people still use cheques, a big business still uses cheques??? and has no sense of urgency and customer service? I also also informed that my refund claim was not received, i told Nicole that i have proof that the lady i had been dealing with from sales has submitted the claim to accounts dept and explained the story that was fed to my dad. I'm still waiting for this money. That's unacceptable how they treat customers
