Order that can not be found

I started selling avon last year November. When I placed my order it was delivered at my work place. Now the problem that I am having is that I placed an order again for January but now my order is nowhere to be found as it was sent to the post office. I called the call centre and even their agent Vernique could not help me. I am surprised that it was claimed that my order was sent to Birchleigh post office I stay in Tembisa. I am really not happy as I look incompetant to my clients cos they have paid me and I can't deliver. I am even thinking of stopping selling it.
