False subscription

For the last few months I've been getting billed by cell c a total of just over1200 on my data package which hasba limit. I called in and i was told it's subscription services. I've been gettin an sms from .mob thumbs sayin I've subscribed to their service at R20 per day. I've callednthe number provided 02163009895. Regularly but no 1 picks up the phone.please unsubscribe me permanently from this service because I never signed up for it.
