Illegal billing

I was shocked when I received my cell phone account in December. I was billed 52 times R7 for some subscription. I was just told that I subscribed to some anti virus for my phone. I received an sms about the subscription which I stoped immediately, but to my surprise, I was billed for it anyway. I was wondering why my airtime ran out so quickly. A total of R364 was taken from me. That's not on at all. I want my money back. :-(
