Unauthorised payments

Earlier this year my fiance applied for two Cell C Data Sim cards and we were told the costs monthly would be R197 unless we went over the 2gb limit per sim card. From June the amounts have been R1 500-00 approximately per card and Cell C takes the money from our account without consulting us. We went and looked up what was causing the amount to escalate to such an amount and it showed that it as due to subscription services which we continually tried to cancel but couldn't due to the sim cards not being able to send SMSes or make phone calls. Why should we pay R3000-00 monthly for a product we never even subscribed to??? We have cancelled the Cell C sim cards and yet we are still paying? We want this money paid back in full as it is not our fault that the services were subscribed to and we could not get them removed. We have no need for subscription services!! I did contact cell C regaring this matter in July and they couldn't be bothered to help me.
