BAD SERVICE NOT HAPPY WITH JUBAIDER AND MAGGIE

I Tracy Wilkins had an appointment with maggi that i made 2weeks ago, this morning my atm card was eaten up at the machines when i stopped to draw money after dropping my kids at school. i then called the salon dream nails eastge spoke to a nail technician who then passed me on to the manager, who i explained my incedaint to my original appointment was for 4pm i moved it to 10am, i promised that i would come into the salon the very next day to settle my account she reasured me that every thing was ok and to please not worry i still said are you 100% sure as in could not afford to lose my appointment as i had a very important funtion that evening, i said please check with maggie too she said all is fine, at 10am while i was getting out my car the salon calls me sorry i cannot have my appointment, i was so angry as u call me at 10am to cancel while its time for my appointment and after confirming 3 times that all was ok the manager said one thing and maggie the nail technician story is completey diffrent then they call the area mgr why could they not have done that first but to cancel me at 10am i feel your service is poor and your manager needs to learn and refused her name.
