Groupon advertised a special for 1hr full body massage & 30min Reflexology at Panee Thai Spa in Roodepoort. I called Panee Thai on 29/08/ 2013 & made a booking for Sunday, 6/10/2013 at 15:30, as this was the only avail time, & bbm'd my sister the details. In the morn of 6/10/2013, I called to confirm my booking & was told that it was at 2pm. The person on the other end of the line didn't understand me trying to ask why my app was changed from 3:30pm to 2pm without me knowing. I rushed from my prior appointment to make this appointment & was 12min late. So my massage was on 1 hour, as they only was ready for us at 2:30pm. NO Reflexology. The purpose of buying this was for the reflexology. My sister's was worse, as it was only 40min. Also, they state Fruit bowl, teas and snack platter & only give you a fruit bowl & water. They are ripping clients off. I couldn't even ask why it was that long as they did not understand me. The specials gets advertised & they dont expect the volume so to try to the people they tell people they booked for different days & change the times of your vouchers without you knowing & only give you part of the treatments. Beware & do not support this Spa.
