Please note i booked a spa massage for 4 people on 3 July. I was at the spa at 5pm and was told only 3 ladies could be massaged and one of them was a guy massaging a lady. The manager advised that a lady could only do the rest at 7pm.
This is absolutely a breach as i went to the spa that morniing at 8am as i was treating my cousins and paid upfront for the treatments.
The owner an absolute rude Ramesh, refuses to pass a refund, even though i paid and didnot have any massage,
Pathatic service from a pathatic spa..
Ramesh do the right thing and refund me, everyone that reads this will ensure you are not in business.
