Not very happy about them

We had a few things done from them but I will not specify what. and the first time it was fine but the second time the did the job without calling us first and telling us how much it is going to cost for the labour of the job. so they called and told us it is going to cost us this amount of money. so we had had to pay it because the job was done already and we had to get our things back. They did not even try to call us but when we had to pay for it we had to come immediately. And the third thing was we got a quotation for something and as far as I know if you get a quote you don't n need to do labour for that specific thing. And when I had to go pay for it they tell me they want to charge me labour for the quote that they did. The service is pathetic. And there is no customer service.
