Argumentative and charging ridiculous prices

Locksmiths one has to love/ hate them. I locked myself out of my house and seeing that I reside in Botha's Hill KZN I called Hillcrest Locksmiths which is a mere 5km away from my house. I explained the situation and asked if there was somebody that could come and assist me immediately whereupon the reply was yes definitely. I then asked the question "What would be the cost involved? " I was then handed over to Andre where I had to give a description of the lock. His answer was that he will charge me R 400. I was amazed and asked for what and for him to explain exactly the breakdown of the cost. He was not interested and became argumentative and said that that is the cost I must take it or leave it. I said that I was asking how he could arrive at such a cost without knowing what the job requires. He started verbally abusing me but then said it would be R 150 call out fee and R 250 labour charge. I said that is ridiculous for maybe even not two minutes of labour whereupon he started screaming at me and said he will put the phone down. He said I must then do it myself. I hung up the phone call.
