On the 14th of September 2013 I purchased 2 items from Sleep King. Hannaford Bracnh, a double Bed and the 3 piece space saver. I opted for collection rather than delivery and arranged for the goods to be collected on the 1st of October 2013.
After receiving the items and setting up the units I noticed that the space saver unit had a piece of tape that looked rather strange on the centre panel, upon removing the tape i discovered that the unit was in fact damaged and the tape was deliberately stuck on to conceal the damage (I have photos and proof of the piece of tape which I also have taken into your store and shown to the salesperson, upon which it was agreed that the unit would be replaced after inspection). I immediately contacted the Hannaford store to notify them of this. After many phone calls and conversations with various people within the Sleep King business, I've been told countless different stories from "yes, we'll collect and exchange" to "no, we don't offer collection". It is unfair that they ask for the customer to drop off the goods when it is their fault that damaged goods were despatched.
Poor customer service!!!
