We bought a Russel Hobs smoothy maker with a guarantee. The glass container broke for no reason and we had to buy a new one as the Russel Hobs guarantee does not cover it.

To put together this Russel Hobs smoothy maker is almost impossible. How difficult is it to design a machine which can be put together in one way only. People walked on the moon, but Russel Hobs can not design a smoothy maker, nor can Russel Hobs choose a glass type material that works.

We will not buy Russel Hobs again - they make bad products.
