Lounge suite damaged ever since purchased

I have been to the branch when I first purchased the lounge suite and Bed and complained about the goods that are damaged, The springs are so bad on both the goods that you can feel it when you sleep or sit on it. I have also laid a complaint here before and someone called me and nothing has happened. I have even settled my account and still having this problem, if the branch closed down and my complaint form was lost, Its not my problem, I need my goods replaced as I can no longer use them, It cost alot of money and I can afford to keep this goods any longer as its getting worse by the day, This is unacceptable for the JDG group to do this to a customer, Due to this issue, I no longer wish to do business with u, i needed to purchase a new Fridge and I did so through Electric Express because you fail to keep customers happy. If I dont my goods replaced, I will have no option but to take this further.
