WORST customer service ever!!

I purchased some Groupon vouchers from Jean Bare and made an appointment TWO months in advance. However, they could not give me a specific time for my appointment. I phoned them every week for the two months to confirm the appointment time, and only on the day before got a response. The time did not suit me, and when I phoned to discuss the issue, the therapist shouted at me and was very rude. After an hour, the owner phoned me and started swearing and shouting at me. She then said she will not help me. I now have to try and get a refund from Groupon, which isn't easy. I will never in my life go to any Jean Bare branch or recommend this place to anyone.
