I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2011 and had no troubles with the refrigerator until recently.

I was fortunate enough to have Jean Duvenage of Pro-Lad Electronics dispatched to assist with the issue. Jean was right on time for the appointment and immediately took to repairing the refrigerator. My impression of Jean was that he's professional and clearly has an advanced knowledge of the Samsung refrigerator.

As a result of their impeccable professional service, my husband and I bought a TV, Home theatre system and blue ray DVD player _all Samsung off course!
