I have been customer with Jean Bare for about 15 yrs. They make use of un-qualified therapist with no experience however when I bought my platinum membership they promised that a professional will work on my skin. Just after I paid the R5000 membership the only professional they had left because they pay very poor salaries. I insisted on a qualified therapist with experience and after 2 months I got my therapist to find her leaving soon because of bad remuneration. When I tried to discus this with Juhan the owner of head office he did not have the back bone to phone me or face me. Eventually I got the meeting but had to cancel the day before due to urgent work responsibility. I asked that he phone me. From the moment I answered the phone he started shouting at me and after I insisted that he answer my question whether I he consider me his customer he put the phone in my ear down. I sent him an email to which he has not replied and when I phoned I found his personnel took on his attitude. He does not deserve to provide a service to the public in SA as we have had enough of bad service.
I hope that JB change their ways, act on this and that the public learn from my experience.
