Bad attitude of owner of company PRSPX Fabricators

We ordered a piece of perspex from this supplier and were told we could collect the following day. It was very important we got this perspex as it was for a photo shoot we were doing the following day (today). I told the lady we were going to send our driver in the morning and she said the perspex would be ready. I sent my driver and when he got there he was told that they were moving and to come back another time. When my driver phoned to tell me this, I spoke to the owner who very very rudely told me there was nothing he could do, they were moving and to come back in the late afternoon (which would be past our photo shoot time). I asked him how he could run his business like this and he promptly put the phone down on me!!! We are now left in a huge predicament without the perspex as promised by them! What disgusting service and a bad bad attitude!!
