Payment and portfolio work STILL not received!!!

I am tremendously disappointed by the attitude of the photographer, as well as owner of Metropolis fashion boutique, who was supposedly responsible for my payment. I rendered a service of hair and makeup on 9 November 2013 for one model, which ended up being two (without consent) - which means my rate should double. The shoot was postponed by an hour after i was already at location. I came back an hour later to do the job, to find i had to do two models. Payment was promised by the photographer via EFT and should have been in my account three days later. On the fourth day i gave him a call (still no payment) and i got told payment is not his responsibility but the owner of Metropolis Boutique in Kloof Street, of which i had no contact details for and got told by his staff he wont be answering calls due to "home renovating/moving" business that he has to attend to. I was promised payment as well as portfolio photo's of which it is more than a month later and i still have not received either one. It is such a shame that this has happened as the photographer is really good at what he does. Some people just don't know the difference between a PAID/TFCD shoot and a FREE shoot!!!
