Poor Treatment by Dog Traine

I went to training on 1st Oct 2013. The reason I decided to attend training was because my dog was beginning to cause damage to my home. Once at the training, my dog began barking at another dog & I was unable to control her. Judith separated me & my dog from the group and sent us to the "naughty corner" for 10 mins. She didnt explain why my dog was behaving like this or offer the necessary assistance as to how I should control or discipline my dog. When we were allowed to join the group again, my dog began barking at the same dog. Judith told me to leave the group, again did not explain why this was happening or offer any viable solution to assist me with my dog. The reason I was attending her class was to learn to discipline my dog. She sent me home without another word! I was treated & spoken to in a manner that befits a child & not someone who is taking lessons to LEARN TO DISCIPLINE her dog. I am appauled and disgusted at Judith Buchanan and the manner in which she speaks to and treats her customers. She is certainly not someone who behaves as though she even remotely likes animals.
