Bad service, no delivery and no refund

I placed an order for a suggestion box and a 6 tier desktop stand, paid the 50% deposit, had to chase my order as I was told that it would be ready in 4 days. After two weeks of trying to find out when my order would be ready, I get a call to collect. I get to the factory and I'm told that the dispatch is closed and the person in charge is not available. I was then promised that the products will be delivered the following day and none of that happened. I phoned to request a refund since I was not happy with the service and was told the refund will be processed. Almost 6 months later, I have not received my money back despite numerous e-mails sent to Matthew OConnel.
