I am so disappointing in Vodacom. My wife took out n new contract on the 23 November 2012 and we took the BB Curve. In January we started getting problems with the speaker on the phone. If someone phone me or I phoned out, I had to put it on loud speaker to hear the other person. Everything else worked on the phone. We send it in for Repairs on the 30 Jan 2013 - The technicians are telling us that it is a liquid problem and the warranty does not cover it. I know for a fact it was never near water - We send it back for a second opinion and they still say that it is Liquid damage. The phone has been with them for a month now. I cant see that it can be a liquid problem - the phone is only three months old - it was never near water-cant be sweat nor dampness. What makes even more disappointing is that I have to go in to get an answer from them. Only one lady phoned us earlier From PtA to Tell us what is wrong. If it was a liquid problem why was there no warning signs (lights) and why is it only the speaker that have a problem. I also would like to say that Melissa from the PE repairs are the only one that really helped a lot - I want to know how I can get out of this contract?
