Refund for goods not recieved

Hello Peter
i bought a red 5x10m stretch tent from royal tent Bloemfontein.
Please help me get my money back. last year i paid 12 October 2012 R5000 and 25 October 2012 R6000 via EFT to royal tents Durban via Bloemfontein branch.

the Bloemfontein manager Meshack Lebone did not give me a receipt/ invoice. i thought this would not be a problem because i had paid via EFT so i had proof of payment. august 2013 i requested for a refund of the R11000 and Meshack paid me R4000 and he has disappeared and is no where to be found.

i called head office in Durban and i was told i needed an invoice of which Meshack did not give me. But Peter i have proof that i have paid the money into the head offices bank account. Peter i cant afford to loose my money for goods i didn't receive.

Peter please help me out i can't loose R 7000 down the drain for nothing.
