I recently ordered books and CDs to the value of almost R 900.00 from [URL Removed] I paid via cell phone banking. This was done on the 1st of September 2013. To date I have made three phone calls, sent three email enquiries and also faxed a letter together with proof of payment.

To date (10 September) my online profile still shows that I have not paid for my order. I have also not received any correspondence from [URL Removed] with regards to me various emails informing them of my problem. Nobody seems to be in any rush to assist me with my queries.

This has been a very unpleasant online shopping experience and it will most certainly be the last time I will ever buy anything from [URL Removed]
