[URL Removed] DELIVERY TIMES PATHETHIC!!

I ordered three gifts from [URL Removed] for children at my daughter's playgroup who had their birthdays 4-7 June 2013. I placed my order with [URL Removed] on 31 May 2013 and was advised that the latest dispatch date would be 3 June 2013. After following up end sending frantic e-mails, I was told earlier today 7 June 2013 that their delivery services was "too busy" and therefore it has not yet been delivered! Embarrassed and frustrated. This slow service defeats the purpose of online shopping. Bad experience- won't use them again!!!
