R299 was debited into my account, I do not know by who but Capitec said they cant assist me with reversal I need a letter from that place saying the money must e reversed. The reference number that came with the in contact sms is REF GDM1_PS&S SAS0006349654130925, Please assist I need my money a.s.a.p. returned with the bank charges
