I have been a customer of Homechoice, Finchoice for a while now.
Two weeks ago a gentlemen gave me a call about a 50% discount offer Fonechoice will give me if I decide to take any device with them. As I was busy at that moment I asked him to give me a call later on which he never did.

Last week another lady phoned me and I decided to take up the offer and she explained that the discount has already been included in the price she quoted me. I went to the catalogue they sent out and it is exactly the same price as advertised that I am being billed with NO DISCOUNT at all.

The team leader I spoke to this morning then advised me that the only option there is will be for them to collect the device again with not even trying to sort out this problem at all.

I asked her to listen to the calls they made to me and send me copies as well and then her response as follows: I will listen to them but there is nothing else we can do other than collect the device.

If this is the service I will be getting from them I think I will cancel everything and advise everyone not to use them at all.
