Bad Attitude & not keeping to their commitments

We are doing business with Laundry 4 U for 5 years. As a regular customer we got a 20% discount. When we hand in our laundry the staff would put 20% discount on the docket. I always made sure that they put that on the docket when I hand in the laundry. The lady on duty said that she would make share it is the case. I trust that they would call me me if there is a problem.
2 Days later, when I collect the goods - NO DISCOUNT was give. The value of 20% = R54!!!
I was no happy as the did not call me.
The person duty call Henriette. She was very adamant that the person on duty can't give me the discount.
I then got her number and called her.
I explained to her that we handed the laundry in and that they had to call me if they can't or not willing to offer me the 20% discount that was agreed on.
Her reply was: "Ons kan nie al ons kliente bel nie, ons telrekening sal R5000 'n maand wees"
I did not think that they need to call all their customers that hand in laundry. I was not happy with they way that she said that!
I will rather in future take my business elsewhere!
